GDPR statement
Fairtech Group is controller for account, contract, billing, website and security processing.
Where Customer Data contains personal data controlled by the customer, Fairtech Group generally acts as processor under an Article 28 DPA.
ENRIVAQ is intended for product/catalog data, not sensitive personal profiling.
Depending on context, legal bases include Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR. Section 25 TDDDG applies to device access/storage.
Optional analytics is activated only after consent and can be withdrawn through Cookie Settings.
Primary Customer Data, databases, files, backups and application data are stored in Germany.
Restricted international transfers use applicable Article 44 et seq. mechanisms such as adequacy, DPF, SCCs and supplementary measures.
Security controls include encryption, MFA, access control, tenant isolation, secure password/secret storage, logging, backups, monitoring, patching and incident response.
As processor, Fairtech Group notifies the controller of relevant breaches without undue delay.
As controller, Fairtech Group assesses Articles 33 and 34 GDPR obligations.
Where processing is likely to create high risk, an Article 35 DPIA must be assessed.
ENRIVAQ is not used for solely automated legally significant decisions about natural persons.
