AI & Data Policy statement
ENRIVAQ uses its own model/AI infrastructure.
Customer Data is not sent to external LLM providers to run ENRIVAQ AI processing.
AI may support product identification, research, attribute extraction, normalization, classification, conflict detection, product descriptions, titles, SEO metadata and category content.
ENRIVAQ is not offered for credit, employment, insurance, biometric, emotion-recognition or comparable person-level decisions.
Customer Data is not used to train general models without a separate explicit agreement.
AI output is not automatically treated as truth. ENRIVAQ is designed to retain source context and treat supported, conflicting and unsuitable information differently.
Customers remain responsible for final publication and critical review.
Fairtech Group considers applicable requirements under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. Whether labeling, disclosure or machine-readable marking duties apply depends on the function and output.
Where Article 50 requires a measure for a specific deployment/output, that deployment must implement it.
