The German version is the canonical legal version. This English version is provided for convenience. Where legally permissible and the versions differ, the German version prevails.

Data Privacy statement

ENRIVAQ is primarily designed for product/catalog data.

Primary Customer Data, databases, files, backups and application data are stored in Germany under the current operating model.

Access is restricted to authorized persons/systems based on role and need.

Fairtech Group is controller for account, contract, billing, website and security data.

For personal data contained in Customer Data, the customer is generally controller and Fairtech Group processor.

ENRIVAQ uses its own AI/model infrastructure. Customer Data is not sent to external LLM providers for ENRIVAQ AI processing.

Customer Data is not used to train general models without a separate explicit agreement.

After termination, there is an export window of up to 30 days, followed by deletion/anonymization; backups rotate out within 90 days.

Relevant providers include Hetzner, Cloudflare, Stripe and consent-based Google Analytics. Not every provider processes Customer Data.

An Article 28 GDPR DPA is available.
